Admission arrangements

Academies

Selston High School is its own admission authority and has a responsibility to ensure that this admissions policy is implemented.  This responsibility is delegated to the local governing body of Selston High School. 

Nottinghamshire County Council continues to administer the admissions process for students entering the school in Year 7.

The published admission number of Year 7 in September 2021 is 180.

Children for whom Selston High School is the named school in an Education Health and Care Plan will be automatically offered a place at the school.  

Applications for admission except for transition students are made through this website - see the admission section - and are processed in accordance with our admissions policy which is available in the policy section.
